Description
Start at the Alexandra Fountain on the corner of View St and Pall Mall. Cross over Pall Mall and walk towards the Bendigo Bank. The Bendigo Creek Trail follows Oscars Walk, passes Central Deborah Mine and the Talking Tram. At Golden Square the 1909 fire station shows the way, continuing along the creek past a caravan park, Rotary Gateway Park with a lake and plenty of birdlife, a BMX track, novel swing bridge and on to Crusoe Reservoir at the end. Not quite as picturesque as the north section but still worth a look.
