Starting at Federation Square in Melbourne, we will be walking along The Great Ocean Road, then on to Adelaide then around the Great Australian Bight. Hopefully we will make it to Margaret River in W.A.

Located on Corio Bay and the Barwon River. It has a popluation of 184,000 people and is the second largest city in Victoria.
Lorne is a seaside town on Louttit Bay in Victoria, Australia. It is situated about the Erskine River and is a popular destination on the Great Ocean Road tourist route. It was founded in 1869.
The Great Ocean Road is a 243 kilometres stretch of road along the south-eastern coast of Australia. Built by returned soldiers between 1919 and 1932. and is the world's largest war memorial.
It is the most southern point of The Great Ocean Road. The lighthouse was opened in 1848.
The Twelve Apostles is a collection of limestone stacks off the shore of the Port Campbell National Park, by the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia.
Loch Ard Gorge is named after a ship that was wrecked during a storm in 1878 while travelling from England. Only 2 of the 54 passengers survived.

Camels were brought to Australia from Afghanistan to be used as transport during the 19th century. The were released into the wild when trucks took over transport and are now considered to be feral.
