The sports complex is located completely within the Heatherbræ Recreation Reserve, next to the Lower Gum Scrub Creek. In it, there are two large ovals, one obviously fitted towards Australian Football Rules, and the other one being multi-purpose. Also there seems to be a indoor venue, supposedly basketball court and just outside it a netball court.
There is a large playground located on the boundary of Arena Parade and Huntingdale Street intersection; which goes up to the tri-section intersection of Huntingdale Street and Kooyong Close. Within it, there is a assortment of swings, monkey bars, slides and swings and ect. In it also picnic tables and water taps that possibly might not work and the a costumed general, recycle and compost bins.
