The walk starts at the car park 100 metres up the road past the Brigdewater Bay Cafe. The track descends to the shore and up a steep hill, leading to a viewing platform above the seal colony, a viewing platform into the seal cave, and a viewing platform on the tip of Cape Bridgewater. Retrace your steps to return to the car park.

This car park is conveniently located at the start of the walk or you can park down the road near the cafe and start from there.
There are numerous viewing spots on the walk up the hill to soak in and appreciate the natural beauty of Cape Bridgewater.
After walking along the shore you begin to head up the hill toward the seal colony.
