Spend an afternoon walking together in friendship and goodwill between Ballarat’s Central Uniting Church, Jewish Synagogue and Islamic Mosque.
Description
Beginning at the Central Uniting Church 103 Lydiard Street South, we will walk together to the Ballarat Hebrew Congregations Synagogue Cnr Princes St and Barkly St South, Bakery Hill and then the Islamic Mosque 116 Elsworth St East, Canadian. Through prayers of peace, reflection and informative talks, we will learn about some of the history and traditions of each of the places we visit.

3.00pm Hebrew Congregations Synagogue, Cnr Princes & Barkly St South, Bakery Hill
4.30pm Islamic Mosque 116 Elsworth St East, Canadian

A Christian church which is a Parish Mission with UnitingCare Ballarat situated in the heart of the city of Ballarat next door to the University of Ballarat SMB campus in Lydiard Street South.
2. 3:00 pm Ballarat Hebrew Congregations Synagogue
Situated on the corner Princes & Barkly St & St Pauls Way, Ballarat the historic Synagogue was founded in 1861 and one of the oldest in Victoria.
