Start at Shepparton Victoria Park Lake near the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM). Take a leisurely walk along the shared pathway network that runs beneath the majestic river red gums lining the Goulburn and Broken Rivers.
This walk is on designated bitumen and footpath. Terrain is generally flat with a few undulations, crossing wooden boardwalks and over a large pedestrian bridge.
Hazards: Parts of this walk are not accessible during times of flood and please be aware of snakes during the warmer months.

Cross the Broken River and enter the Australian Botanic Gardens via the pedestrian suspension bridge.
