Follow Swanston Street down to Corio Street and turn right to take in Austin Park, Pevensey Park, Eastern Park and the Ron Robertson Rose Garden. Buy your lunch or BYO and stop to enjoy the serentiy with plenty of seating areas available along the way.

Grab yourself something to eat on the way either at Cafe Go or across the road at Prendergast and Grace.
2. Austin Park
There is plenty of seating areas and picnic tables at Austin Park for you to sit down and enjoy your lunch (note: this picture has been taken from the other side of the park)

Another choice lunch spot with seating and lots of shady trees.
