A walk along the edge of the foreshore west of Main St along a scrubby track.
Start at the corner of Main St and The Esplanade outside the old post office that's now a museum. Walk west along The Esplanade until you get to the Royal Hotel. On the beach side of the road you will see the entrance to a track through scrub that is only enough for single file. Follow it past the back of the Bowling Club until it comes out at Fishermans Beach. There are great views over the water and along the coastline back to Schnapper Point and forward to Fishermans Beach boat ramp.
Follow The Esplanade back to to Main St (quicker) or retrace your steps along the scrub track to where you started.
