The walk started at the school and went through the local streets to end up at Ross Reserve.

Helen Papas and Jacqui from Healthy Together Dandenong welcomed everyone to the community walk.
The walk started by taking a shortcut through the school yard and out the gate toward Bowmore Rd
The lollipop lady made sure everyone crossed the road safely.

It's interesting to see how many different trees there are in our community.
This is were we turned left to Kelvinside Rd, this was quite a busy road.
There is no footpath here therefore people with prams or disabilities need to be extra cautious.
At the end of Cypress Crt, we went through a small walkway to reach our destination .
Luckily it didn't rain because when it does it full of fast flowing water.
On our way we walked past our lovely community garden.
All the families finally arrived! The children played games organised by the YMCA. All the families enjoyed participating in the walk as well as meeting others in the community.
