Kensington Neighbourhood House on McCracken St to Pepper Café on Pin Oak cres in Newmarket return.
A very easy walk along beautiful McCracken St toward the park at the end of Bellair St. A quick hop across busy Racecourse rd to Newmarket station and you will find yourself directly in front of Pepper Café for a lovely coffee, or my personal favourite - a Banana Chai Smoothie. To return, it is another jump across Racecourse rd and then a lovely stroll down Bellair St, passing the Flemington Kensington legal centre and beautiful Kensington Town Hall. Continue along Bellair St to reach Kensington's café strip and Kensington railway station. Then it's up MacCaulay Rd where you can enjoy some sweet little shops before once again turning into McCracken St and checking out what is on offer at Kensington Neighbourhood House!

McCracken st is a delight. Many of the beautiful cottages have citrus trees and lavender bushes spilling out on to the sidewalk.
This park makes a lovely addition to the walk. Often there are warbling magpies to accompany you and there is a swing set and benches to enjoy the serenity.
The Kensington Town Hall is a beautiful old building and an important civic space for the local community.
