This the route that we took for our SOSE (Studies of Society and Environment) walkability audit project.

1. Bus Stop
The purpose of the bus stop is to get students to and from school by using public transport.
2. Uneven Footpath
This foot path is dangerous because it is uneven and people can trip over and badly hurt themselves.
3. Bin
The bin is for visitors to put their rubbish in to try and eliminate the amount of litter in the area.
4. Australia Post Letter Box
This is for people to put their letters in to be sent to other people in australia or in other countries.
5. Dog Poo
This the waste left by a dog and their owner did not clean it up because their owners are too lazy to pick it up even though there is dog poo bag provided for them.
6. Telstra Telephone Box
This for people to contact their friends and family and it is very useful if you don't have a phone on you when you need to use one.
7. Dog Poo Bags
This is for owners to pick up the waste left by their dog. This helps to keep out park and suburb clean and tidy.
8. Litter
Litter is left by people who are too lazy to put their rubbish in a bin and the council have provided bins so this does not happen but it still happens because people are too lazy.
9. Salisbury East Information Board
This information board gives drivers information about what places are on this street like the school and the deli.
10. Recycled water Sign
This sign tells people that the water is recycled in the area so they know that they are not wasting water.
11. Street sign
This sign tells drivers what the street is called and what is on that street, like the school and the shops.
12. Soccer Club
This an amateur soccer club where they play weekly games and verse other amateur soccer teams.
13. No Personal Transport sign
this sign says no skateboards, no bicycles and no roller blades. This is for the safety of the students and the local people.
14. Davey Oval
Davey Oval is the home to a local amateur soccer club that plays weekly games.
15. Bus Stop
This is a bus stop for the students to get to and from school every day.
16. Playground
A playground for young children to play on. There is a slide and a swing.
17. Traffic Light
The traffic lights are used to try to prevent car crashes.
18. The local Deli
The local Deli has a hair dresser, a convenience store, a medical centre and take away food. This is very convenient for busy workers.
19. School zone sign
The school zone sign tells drivers to slow down because there are students around this area and the drivers could run the students over.
