The reason behind the purpose of this walk is to assess the Walkability and to audit the area of prospect. The main focus is to determine whether prospect could cater additional people with ease.

Description

The target group for this audit is parents with prams. While surveying the area of prospect for its Walkability, we will be looking for these key characteristics in which will help us to provide and determine the walkability of prospect for parents with prams.
• Room/space on the footpath
• Clear pathway (no obstructions)/(no rubbish)
• Shade (protection from the weather)
• Ramps
• Smooth surface/Non cracked surface
• Lighting at night
• Sitting
• Breast feeding rooms/change rooms

Pros - Well maintained footpaths/Non-slip Facilities were impressive Safe crossing the road Good amount of shelter Attractive area Cons - No safety measures in place to slow traffic down
