1. Rain garden with rain
Water Sensitive Urban Design is used to filter pollutants from water and slows water entering the stormwater system to prevent flooding. Water captured by WSUD also provides irrigation to grow plants.
2. Seat with a view
Have a rest from your strenuous (not!) walk and see the facades of the South Pacific Tyres art deco buildings that have been retained as part of the Banbury Village development.
3. Superb large Eucalypt
The path was deviated specially at this point so that 2 well established, shady Eucalypts could stay.
