Starting at the Orchard Grove Reserve car park walk in a westerly direction past the children’s play space (on your right) and down to the footbridge over the tributary. Take the left fork over the bridge and continue on to the Bush Block (the Wurundjeri Creek is located to your left). Don’t go across the wooden footbridge yet but continue straight on to Indra Road. Take care when crossing the road then take the circuit walk around the Wurundjeri Wetlands. These human-engineered wetlands slow and filter water sourced from the Wurundjeri Creek and act as a fantastic
habitat for water birds. Walk back over Indra Road through the Bush Block and turn right across the wooden footbridge. Take the path to the left past the park information board and continue on the south side of the creek through beautiful bushland for 500 metres until you reach a bitumen path and bridge across the creek. Turn left over the creek and continue on the bitumen path back to the Orchard Grove Reserve car park.

Walking north, the dam and old horse ‘lunging’ area on the left and a ‘Raingarden’ wetland and Bungalook nursery on the right . Mirrabooka Oval is adjacent to Orchard Grove Primary School.
