There are so many possible walks from here. You can do this shortish walk, or continue on to Bells Beach and Torquay or back the other way to Anglesea. There are well marked inland track too

The Point Addis Marine National Park features spectacular scenery with wide sandy beaches, crumbling limestone and sandstone cliffs, rocky platforms and copious small rocky reefs. The coastline is exposed to intense wave action from the southern ocean, a major contributor to the shaping of this rugged coastline.

Points of Interest

1. View to the beach

Very inviting view, isn't it?

2. The path

Its a nice gravel path down to the beach.

3. Boardwalk to the beach

There a board walk of about 100 meters that descends to the beach that includes a very inviting seat.

4. Addiscot Beach

Yes, its a wonderful beach for walking, and talking and swimming and playing and...

5. Looking back to Point Addis

Always good to look back when you are going forward. Often lots of surfers about, even in Winter.

6. Wildflowers

There are lots of wildflowers about in Spring so have a wander up where the beach meets the hills.

7. Pig Face

Who are you calling Pig Face? Not sure where this flower gets its name, but it always gives us a chuckle.

8. Sharks egg

Yes, they are out there. Not sure what species of shark this empty egg shell is but there were a few about in October.

9. The cliffs

The cliffs are pretty amazing and they seem to change in different weather too.

10. Southside beach

This end of the beach is clothing optional if you forgot your togs and want a quick dip!

11. Looking down

Look down from Pt Addis to see surfers, Addiscott beach and beyong round to famous Bells Beach.

12. Boardwalk

A good bordwalk that weaves around and has different viewing points and seats.

13. Around the coast

Look towards Anglesea, Point Roadknight and Aireys Inlet and beyond.
