Description
This walk can be hard "brutal" in some spots. With 50+ degree climb on roads and descents really really good grip shoes are needed. The first Kilometer is ok with just soft hills but once around and before "Bears Head" track they are extremely steep. Heading down Long Point you soon work out you have to go back up. It has an 85 degree climb at one stage coming back and its like it never ends

The long Point diversion dam in the distance at the end of Long Point track. There were also mountain goats on the other side of the gorge climbing up the sheer sides
