It was a great walk and way to walk the trail and explore the green surroundings and nature. There was plenty of green land scenery , full of trees, birds and ducks and water of the darebin creek and also of the latrobe sports fields lake. Aspects of the trail have been renewed with new concrete making it more comfortable for walking. There's seats on the trail to be found frequently and this i found to be convenient for taking short rests to recover if it gets tiring and to take in the scenery and surroundings. The air is one of the best features about walking through the trail. I found it to be really fresh, cool and refreshing. It's great for clearing the mind and relaxing. Not to be discouraged but to be cautious, there are signs that warn the potential of snakes being present between october and march. I stayed on the path and everything was safe. I suggest to stay on the path and don't go too close to the creek and in the bush areas.

One of the nicely cut green ovals near the start position
From this point the creek can be viewed nice, clearly and safely as well as the creek bed, trees and nice green grassy surroundings. Be sure to keep a distance from the creek
From this bridge a nice overview of the creek can be seen from two directions. This bridge also leads to the latrobe sports lake.
A very nice lake. I saw ducks and other birds in the lake. This should appeal greatly to aquatic scenery lovers.
A nice creative-looking rock structure near the memorial park.
A nice red looking bridge crossing the creek. On the bridge a nice view point of the creek can be seen as well as the grassy surroundings. I also spotted a few ducks in the creek from the bridge
