This white quarry dust track follows the Old Hamilton Road out to Schier Drive. The track borders on the edge of the beautiful houses in this area.
Description
Starting at the Caltex Service Station on the Corner of Stawell Road, Golf Course Road, the Western Highway and the Henty Highway start walking South along the Henty Highway. There should be a track on the right side of the road which goes for a few hundred metres. From there the track crosses the Henty Highway and remains on the left side of the Henty Highway. (Even though Old Hamilton Road has split off the Henty Highway, please stay on this walking track for safety). Once the track crosses Osborne Road, take the track to the left to go on Old Hamilton Road (The other track will take you on the Henty Highway bike and walking track). This track will continue straight out the Old Hamilton Highway for a couple of kilometres. Once you reach the end of the walking track, simply turn around and retrace your steps or have someone pick you up.
