This is a short easy walk that follows a tranquil tree-lined corridor between back yards in Camberwell. This walk is dog-friendly.
The walk starts from the Lynden Park car park just off Lynden Street Camberwell. At the front and back of the car park are two leash free ovals. There is also an enclosed playground with equipment for children. Leave the car park on the path that heads towards the drinking fountain and follow the path until you reach Cornell St. Cross and continue on the path that follows Back Creek until you reach Riversdale Road. Please note that dogs need to be on lead after Cornell St. You can either turn back or turn right at Riversdale where you'll find a couple of cafes, one with a dog-friendly courtyard.

Leave the car park and head in the fountain. Off leash oval on the right.
Even though the corridor is quite narrow the well established trees give it a sense of space.
There are a number of exits that can be followed if you want to explore the area further.
Cross the road to path opposite. This follows Back Creek.
The trees are much older along this stretch.
Riversdale Road is just around the corner.
I didn't hear any frogs on this trip but there was certainly a lot of bird life in the trees.
