A short loop walk next to Lake Eildon in Goughs Bay
The walk can start anywhere as it is not an official walk. I made it a loop so you can start and finish in the same spot. I started near the General Store.
There were lots and lots of dogs been taken for a walk.
The waterline of the Lake Eildon does fluctuate, in the photos here it was at about 58 % capacity (in the late 1990s it has got down to about 15%).
A slight drawback was the town didn't seem to be very quite as there were often chainsaws, mowers, power tools, motorbikes and other noise when we stayed on the weekend.
